I think this book is best suited for calming a person’s mind. There are times when everyone is tired and struggling with daily life. It is then that you will be tempted to rest in nature. I recommend that you buy this book and read it often. I asked my co-worker to buy one and read it and that friend also had the same experience as I did. He also said that reading it made him comfortable and he was able to put down his burdens and attachments in his mind a little bit more.

When I first saw this book, it felt different from other books. The title was amazing. Some may even say the title is rather arrogant. The meaning of the title is astonishing, but the tone at first was more of urging; after reading the book, I felt a sense of persuasion. The calligraphic lettering in the cover page was unique and hard to decipher without the separate title being written.

As I continued to read this book, I thought “it’s easy and fun.” I thought the book would have a complicated content, based on the title; but it explained human mind simply without any complexity.
